Stanford Achievement Test (SAT)
All Middle School students will be taking their standardized achievement tests the week of March 22nd - 25th in the morning and will rotate through their regular class schedule in the afternoon. See Schedule. Room assignments will be posted outside the offices of Mrs. Gillespie and Mrs. Campbell. Students should report to their designated location each morning for testing. Please make sure your child gets plenty of rest, eats a nutritional breakfast, and brings the following: several sharpened #2 pencils, a ruler (inches and centimeters) and a healthy snack during this testing week. Please contact Sherry Campbell with any questions or concerns.
Explore Testing
Attention parents of 8th grade students, your eighth grader will be taking the EXPLORE (the pre pre ACT) on Tuesday, November 10th. This is a great opportunity for our students to experience and take a practice ACT test with the four academic sections (Math, English, Reading, and Science) and for them to take an interest inventory to help them make connections regarding their career interests with the world of work. Testing will begin a 7:50 and conclude at approximately 11:15am. The testing schedule and proctor lists are posted upstairs outside the middle school office. The regular bell schedule will pick up after testing. Students will receive a copy of the Why Take EXPLORE? brochure this week during their Bible classes. For more information about the EXPLORE please contact Sherry Campbell or visit www.explorestudent.org.
